This
document reviews the priority issue areas for the management plan
review process, and details the working group membership recommendations
of the Sanctuary Advisory Council (SAC). The MPR Work Plan spells
out the process by which working groups will develop Action Plans
that will subsequently go to the Advisory Council for review.
The SAC will forward their recommended Action Plans to the Sanctuary
Superintendent for consideration in the development of the Draft
Management Plan.
